My daughters cell contract came up for renewall end off April... I have about 7 contracts with nashua klerksdorp and because she lives in JHB we decided to renew through nashua Clearwater Mall... she went in a week before the end off April and made sure off which documentaion they require and i Mailed it all through the same day. She went on the first off may and was told they saw I sent a mail but they havent opened it... since then we phone every day and if you lucky they will answer the phone... Friday they told my daughter the stock is coming in Monday. tuesday they said the stock hasnt arrived and she must pls stop phoning as they are busy and will phone her when they have news, a lady called Adele de Villiers, I send a Mail early this morning 7th may to this young lady and the sales manager a mr Andrew Witten... after no respomse i Phone at 14h00 to their head office as the mall is not answering.at the headoffice I have to Listen to an electronic voice advising me on why I should deal with Nashua for 10 mins and still no Mr Witten after the 3rd attempt I get hold off him he says he send my mail to the accounts dept this morning as the upgrade hasnt even been processed yet
