Two years trying to change my contract into my nam

For two years I have been trying to change my cell contract from my fathers details into my name. During this time I have been to Meadowbrook Shopping Center's branch and Midrand Vocacom. All three times the paperwork was lost. On the 30th of May I went to the Canal Walk branch to once again go through a session. I told Warren the consultant that I have had numerous issues and that this was the last chance I was giving Nashua Mobile to rectify the issue. He assured me that all my paperwork was in order and that in five working days his manager would personally phone me. Next Thursday came and no call, I called them and I was promised that the manager would phone me back later that day. No call. I then tried again on Monday with no answer. I got hold of the service center and they said I needed to submit my marriage certificate and I would have to go back to Canal walk as I could not send it to them. Another thirty minutes later I finally get hold of the branch at Canal Walk and get cut off before I get their fax number. They don't phone me back and I try for another twenty minutes to get hold of them. I then use the fax stated online, it doesnt work so my husband has to go through
