Irregular emailing of billing docs

I last received my Vodacom Interactive bill on the 7 February and since then nothing. I called the call centre in March to query this and my situation was somewhat rectified although I received the March and April statement and invoices in pdf format (I prefer the interactive bill method). I have not yet received a statement or invoice for May and am getting a little fed up. Can Vodacom please ensure that I get my monthly billing documents. My other problem is that on My Vodacom, my other 3 accounts are not linked to my master account so that all the information from the 4 Vodacom numbers is available, without me having to register and log into all my separate accounts. I did phone the call centre but was told that they could not do it. I phoned the data centre on the call centres recommendation but was told that it could be done by me on the site. I was given instructions which I tried to follow but never succeeded. Please can Vodacom link my accounts to the master account so that I have all my cell numbers info simultaneously available.
