Shocking in allowing a port to go through

I have changed from MTN to Cell C and has requested a port from Autopage (MTN) to Cell C.
Myself and Cell C has now tried more than 5 times for Autopage to release my old cellphone number, but this is still not resolved.
Since the first port was requested, it is now nearly 3 weeks!
I am very disappointed with the terrible service I have received.
