Contract Cellphone nightmare

Late last year in November I called Vodacom and asked a settlement for a contract I didn't need. I was quote a settlement of R3, 200 which I paid a week later and I was subsequently issued with a settlement letter. Two weeks later someone from Vodacom called me to tell me the letter was issued by mistake & lots of stories. The value of the instrument was R3, 600 and I am suppose to pay this money. Being a south african and knowing my rights I asked that they transfer the R3, 200 towards the instrument and we will negotiate a settlement for the subscriptions which by law (the CPA) cannot exceed 10% of the remaining subscriptions. I asked simple questions what happened to the R3, 200 I paid a letter of apology, Credit Bereau updates since Jan 2013 I am moved from one extension to the other and at current moment MR Paul MacPharsen and Reginald have been handling my issue with no resulution... I am going to fight this to the bitter end.
