Blacklisted after I paid the agreed settlement amo

Hi,

I had a contract which was due to expire late this year. Earlier this year, I called to terminate the contract and was given a settlement amount which I paid within the agreed days, actually the next day. I can't remember the dates but since their calls are recorded I believe this wont be an issue. I then destroyed the SIM card as I thought this was gonna be handled once they receive the payment. I was given 25% discount at the time but paid 75% of the remaining months.

I only found out last week when I rejected for home loan that Vodacom blacklisted me. I went to Walk in customer centre at Sandton but they could not help as the matter has been handed to some lawyers and My records are off their system. I was given the number for the lawyers and they told me I owe about R600.00, and the only this that can help is for me to pay. I want this to be sorted and a letter be emailed to me as proof that the Itc listing is a mistake so I can continue with the remaining bank which needs me to provide letter by Thursday this week. Please clear my name because I paid what was agreed.
