I received a call collecting the outstanding amount, I requested the settlement amount, of which I was given an amount of R500 of which I paid on the same day, 19 December. I was promised to get the settlement letter as soon as the payment reflects. I called first on the 21 December and I was informed that the amount is not reflecting yet and that I should send the proof of payment of which i did, called again on the 07 January 2013 and I was told its not reflecting, they requested proof of payment of which I did again, as she bodly told me that I didn't pay after receiving a settlement amount. It's the 28 jan and No letter yet.
I was stupid to think they will be able to do a simple thing just send the settlement letter. Mbd is incompetent to carry out simple things that they promise.
Very disappointed and tired to fight with the call center agents.
