I have been reporting a fault on my line for the past month (February2013) and the response I get is that they are attending to it. My line has been faulty since November2012 and I was attended in January2013 which they never completed. I have complained on their complaints portal but to no avail. My fault number is 91CRK180213. WHEN I REPORT THE LINE, I TOLD THAT THE FAULT HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED ON THIS TELEPHONE NUMBER. TELKOM KEEPS CHARGING FOR A LINE THAT IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. WHAT IS THE CEO OF TELKOM BEING MEASURED ON IF SERVICE TO THE END-USERS IS NOT NOT FORTHCOMING. THIS IS A REAL SHAME TO SUCH A BIG ORGANISATION. I BELIEVE THAT TELKOM WILL HAVE TO REFUND ME FOR ALL THE MONEY THAT I HAVE PAID OVER TO THEM SINCE NOVEMBER2012.
