Cell C
48 Hours and Number Change Has Not Been Completed

I've had to port my Vodacom number (0765030503) to cell c in order to be able to do a number change on my current cell c contract (0847748278).

After all the effort of porting my vodacom number to cell c, I was promised that my number change will take 24-48 hours.

When this time frame surpassed nobody from Cell C cared to inform me why this has not taken place, furthermore when I call the Call Centre nobody can assist me or provide me with any feedback...
