Overcharging on Internet Bundles and no customer s

Just had about enough of Vodacom and it's poor service and overcharging! They offer you services and then they can't even rectify issues that occur after hours not to mention the way they are overcharging on the in the internet usage now a days! The more Data bundles you load the more they take. I use to spend the whole night on the internet and used anything between 30MB to 50MB now a days my usage is anything between 200MB to 300MB a day! This is seriously getting out of hand! Then they offer a service where you can exchange your talking points for any bundle! On the 10th March round about midnight I exchanged 100 talking points for a 100MB which an half an hour later was not exchanged when I phoned the customer 111 I was told there was an error exchanging my points and this error could only be rectified in the morning when their offices open up! I had urgent info I needed from the internet which I could not obtain! What is the use of having a 24hr customer service if they can't even assist you???
