I bought data bundle on the 13/02/2013 from talking points i have accumulated which were 100 points, the lady explain to me that my data bundle will expire the next month or if I buy another data bundle within the expiring period it will carry over to the next month, I bought 100MB on 29-03-2013.I got SMS on 27/03/2013 from VODACOM that I will forfeit 57, 57MB on 31-03-2013 now Arthur from VODACOM data bundle can not explain why I was given got wrong information. to accumulate 100 points of talking points cost almost between R1200 -R1500 of air time now I have to lost 57, 57 mb which was not clearly explained..
