I accumulated the talking points, and when they were over 100 i decided to exchange them for the 100MB, this was on the 01st of Nov on Friday. I realised that the 100 MB wasnt added on on Fri and i tried to make a call to the vodacom customer service of which the netework was down and couldnt get thru to anyone, So i had to top up as i had always did of which my top up went towards the internet usage and deducted but should i have the MB my airtime wouldnt have been deducted for internet usage. I only received the Mb on Sun of which i didnt even recieve a text to confirm it, in between Fri and Sun i recharged with the value of R90 of which most of the top up went towards the internet usage, so i called their customer service i was told that the matter should have been resolved by mon for me to get a refund of the internet usage, (today its Thur) i still havent received any feedback regarding my query, instead im told that the service request is pending to go to the technicians, of which it isnt my problem, this has coursed me so much inconvinience, The operational Manger gave me a callback on Tue (i cant remember his name But he is the Manager of one of the Supervisors that i Spoke with Rose
