Data bundles vanishing

I transferred talking points to 250mb data bundles on Wednesday (22062013) and only used the m on Thursday the 13062013 to download emails which were 4mb. After downloading my mail and a short spell (5min) in facebook without downloading any movies I went into the Vodacom website to check how much was left of the bundles and to my shock I found that I was left with 54mg. I signed out and thought that there might have been a mistake of some sorts and decided to log back on. To my horror I found that I was left with about 30mb. Since yesterday I have not used my bundles but when I signed on using my work internet line I was astonished to find that I am left with 21mb of data bundles. Surely something strange is happening there as I am not a youngster who will be playing around with internet downloading movies etc. My wife and I have noticed the same phenomenon before and I have asked Vodacom and have not received any answer so far. I think we are being taken for a ride and this is daylight which need to be brought to an end.
