Vodacom deactivate my Sim after taking payment

I am really losing my patience with you.
Why have you turned my sim card off again when I have 500 megs and a 250 megs given to me by you.
You cannot turn my data off if we are having a discrepancy over past data issues, or you need to stop my debit order as well.
You took your R99 out my account, i expect my data to be delivered without you blackmailing me into paying for an issue we still fighting for. I think you need to look at the CPA in terms of supplying a service which is paid for.
I want my sim activated again by the morning of 11 march or I am going to get hold of the Consumer Council.
Don't think you are too big to be bought into line.
Give me my Due Data, and the ability to access it, or reverse my R99.
