On 29 September I bought 2 x 250 megs of data of which the airtime was deducted from my account but no data was recieved. I reported this matter on various occasions to the call centre where I have been treated with bad attitude and was promised every time that they would get back to me. Up to date I have not recieved any feedback. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for the past 11 years. I'm not happy at all with the service I'm recieving and is considering to move all my contracts to MTN.
