I found I had 26 megs data left on my computer one day last month. I bought a 500 meg bundle (promotional offer) immediately. This new amount does not show as a credit when I check my account balance. WHY NOT?
I have now been told that the original 26 megs. will expire at the end of September. Why was it not used FIRST, as it was bought BEFORE the 500 bundle. They are basically the cost of 26 megs. from me. And will they please show promotional offers on the balance of data left.
