I bought a 3g modem and sim starter pack that gives you 100 megs per month for 12 months. But after RICAing the sim and waiting 48 hours there is no data on the sim. When I phoned the data support and help line they told me that they cant help I have to go to the store that I bought the product from. The box and everything was sealed and there is nothing wrong with the product but I still have no megs. This it's not the fault of the store its from Vodacom and they are unwilling to help because its prepaid and not contract
