Failure to respond as promised

I applied for a contract, and was told that head office approval was required, and that the consultant would call me with the results within a day. This never happened and despite calling the store numerous times to follow up I was still unable to get an answer.

To get a response I emailed customer service directly, and was promised a response within 2 working days. This also failed to happen. When I followed up on this mail again I was AGAIN promised feedback, which I am yet to receive.

This service quality is shocking!!
