SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & NO RECEPTION

Have Iphone &data contract with Vodacom, was told BY VODACOM after 2months they can't offer me Edge or 3G reception@my house (in the middle of Durbanville, Cape Town! AND THEY ADVERTISE TLE all over!). They said they'll cancel my contracts without any penalties. I finally accepted that, approached other service providers as I cannot be without a phone etc. Been trying for the last 2 days to get an answer on how it's going to work, when, and to get it in writing from them. Calls to cancellation dept gets cut repeatedly after holding 10 min. Connected via customer service then, been given reference nrs, promised 4 hours turn-around time, case been escalated to team leaders, supervisors-promised to phone back (never did). Went 2 Vodacom4U shop@Cape Gate-said nothing they can do. Phoned again today to be told that my case now@ the retention dept who will respond to me by July!!! Rudzani Ligaraba from VB Solutions Management promised me via mail twice since 27/2 that someone will contact me soon-nothing. Only 1 great agent tried to help&follow-up: Bertrand Cupido-thnx! Yet still no answers after 2 days on phone! PATHETIC, POOR, SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & false, misleading, deceptive representation!!
