I Pre-ordered by Iphone 5s 11/11/2013 and was PROMISED delivery 18/11/2013. On the 19th I escalated to Marven, no response or call back. 20th Escalated again and spoken to Bogani who PROMISED to call me back by COB - No response. 21st Escalated again to Marvin who again PROMISED feedback by 9:15 - its now 13:43 and no response received... have called three times and he is not available to speak to me
WHATS THE POINT OF PRE_ORDERING if my order is still on backorder, SHOCKED at customer service and lack of honest feedback!!
