Good day, I would like to bring to your attention that I have called the Vodashop in Hatfield, Pretoria numerous times with no response as requested. I have been dealing with an agent that promised to phone me back, e-mail me and this was not done. I am trying to confirm that I am on the list for the new Blackberry Z10. I called and was assured that I will be contacted, with no results. I called back the afternoon again, asked for the specific consultant by name (A...) which assured me for a second time that he will call me back to confirm. The following day I called the consultant again, he apologised and advised that he will confirm in writing that this has been done, after 2 days, still no results. This is not how Vodacom should conduct business and after more than 10 years of being a loyal client, this is not the type of service I expect. Please contact me urgently so that we can rectify this issue. Thank you.
