Am disgusted by MTN Nicolway Service Delivery

I applied for a contract package at MTN Nicolway on Tuesday afternoon and have had no joy in receiving any kind of feedback from the consultant. Saying TUMI is inefficient would be an understatement... HE NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE pleasssseee.
I have had to call 5 times and on all accounts he promised to call me back and just never did.
I had to call the MTN head office just to check on the status of my application as I was going mad by this lack of service and was told at head office that if had been approved but still no feedback from Tumi.
I called again after speaking to Head Office and Helen promised to call me back which she did and advised me to come pick the phone up.
I must say I am so hesitant to go ahead with this because if this is the service you get upon application, how much worse will it get when you are already a customer???
