Terrible Service

I have been billed for BIS when I have an iPhone, I called the call center and they finally assisted to cancel this. They instructed me to go into a branch in order to get a refund for the months i paid for BIS. The lady at the sunninghill store was rude and very unhelpful. She said 'you cannot hold the store liable for a mistake a consultant that doesn't work here anymore made' and basically said that I could not get a refund if they couldn't locate the consultant that made the error. When i tried to argue she asked me to not say anything further as they couldn't assist until they found out who made the error... no apology at all. MTN is responsible, it is my money that was deducted for a service i was not receiving. I do not care who made the mistake, MTN took money that was mine..I want it back... which consultant is responsible is really not of my concern. This is not the first time I have received bad service from the sunninghill branch, it is truly amazing that such rude and clearly useless people still get to keep their jobs. This is not the 1st complaint or the 2nd. Please do not ask me to call the call center.. I would appreciate a call from a senior manager.
