No feedback and poor service

Bought furniture in Arcadia branch paying two instalments 2578 and 341 through debit order. The 2578 went through and 341 not and went to the branch to enquire as i did debit order for both. I paid at the branch and the clerk said will fix the problem. In December 2012 Bradlows deducted 2578 * 2 .I went to the bank to reverse the account and in January went to the branch to fix the problem because they have made a mistake instead of 341 debit they did 2578 and said they will fix their mistake. Since then, problems started Call centre consultant started harrassing me about owing bradlows and whereas at the branch said the problem was fixed. Afterall the debit order for 1284 went through instead of 341 and now shows that the account is settled. So now I can't get help, I went to the branch several times without succeeding also want to know why they deducted 1284 to settle the account without my consent also to explain what is happening on these two accounts. On the 16/05/2013 went to the branch again to quiry about this accounts spoke with the branch manager and Suzie and haven't heard anything from them. Call center say my account is in arrears and they are very rude. Please help.
