This needs to be rectified asap

order of events
aug/sept-083 contract cancelled with calling 808
nov-called 808-not cancelled-cancel again
mtn store-upgrade 073 contract
consultant calls-mistake made-083 upgraded instead of 073-but assured its rectified
receives bill-3 upgrade amounts duplicated-so charge twice
email consultant-email ignored by her
11/01-mtn store-another consultant-confirms above and refund of approx. R400-advises to come weekday to cancel 083
14 jan-wait approx. 1 hour for service-another consultant-advises refund of R104 is in my account-cant cancel 083 as it is now 5pm-now frustrated-ask for manager-advised he is undergoing a back operation and no replacement-assures me that above refund will be rectified and 083 migrated to prepaid and then refund of 083 instalments since my 1st cancellation
since 14 jan, only migration has happened, have emails between myself and consultant
I have now lost all my patience and do not wish to deal with mtn any longer as I have been through enough
I do not want just a response to this. I want a call and an email following thereafter as to how I am going to be compensated for this
for further clarification, look into my account..all the above is logged
