Discovery Health took two monthly contributions from my account this morning.
When I called to ask for a refund immediatley because it is a system error and after using R 60.00 of my airtime with someone promising to call me and not I was told it will take 7 days for them to pay back my money.
Firstly. I did NOT owe two months and I dont see why if they have made the error they cannot making an urgent refund a priority. I am a single mom who needs to take my son to dr tomorrow and i have to pay cash. Where will I be getting this money from now.
I feel whoever I spoke to was unhelpful and no consideration for the situation I am in and I cannot have this from a medical aid.
The service was unacceptable. I have also not been paid for April as my pay day is end of the month so my only option was to ask the bank to cancel the debit as there are other bills I have to pay.
IF ITS YOUR MISTAKE - FIX IT and dont tell us to wait 7 days. I was willing to send proof.
NB. It is now 12h34 and I stil havent been called and the call I made this morning before 8H00
