Poor Customer Communication

I made a loan application on Tuesday 28/01/2013 at 10:45 AM and will be notified in notified in 20 minutes on the outcome from the people who process the loans. I went back to my work office (around same area) 20 minutes passed then an hour (No communication). I made a call to the consultant (Lebogang) that assisted me on the same day before lunch and he told me he will get back to me after lunch time. At 15:00PM I made a call and the consultant didn't apologise for coming back to me and just said he will contact me. Wednesday there was still no communication between us, up until I made a call to him again and the consultant said to call back. The consultant called back after a few minutes saying he was still working on my application. Then Wednesday passed, Thursaday morning I made the call to the branch and was told that the consultant was OFF and that I should come personally to the branch. Drove to the branch (09:20AM) only to be sent back to my office to unneccesarily clarify my UIF, evident on payslip, eventually they couldn't help me... A consultant on behalf of the manager (Martin) said"You have to wait for the consultant who is off and absent from work to assist you" come back tommorow
