After i had send my phone in for repairs @ Vodacom Tzaneen, they destroyed the phone with any notice... I pointed out to vodacom Head office and they agree that they have breach the contract, as they cant provide me with supporting documents.
They instructed Irene "area manager" to replace the handset. - 5 months with out a phone, Irene contact me to collect the handset at the Vodacom Shop Tzaneen. I was shocked that they gave me a handset with a crack screen.
This is absolutely not acceptable. If Hello Peter cant help me to resolve this. I will stop the debt order, and I have kept all document for future references. Because I wont spend my time doing all this again.
Hope Vodacom can Resolve this
