I have tried on numerous occasions to be diplomatic however I am furious with MTN. I entered into a macbook contract with them in Nov12. 2 months later they decided to bill me for 3 times my stipulated amount with no aforementioned warning or statement. I queried my billing date and amount due on numerous occasions through DEC12 & Jan13. Then in Feb after I query why so much they have the audacity to tell that the debit order forms were submitted only in Jan13, as stated my device was received in NOV12. Further more I have laid complaints and queries all with either no feedback nor accurate feedback provided. My debit date is the 1st of every month, I can't tell you frustrating and emotionally taxing it is to not know when the money will go off on my account. To date I have not been debited on the correct date! No one can budget on the unknown and I would expect them to take the consumer protection act more seriously. Today some guy named Phyllis Nhlapo tells me I was debited on the 01/03/13, yet my bank account shows 07/03/13 payments to mtn sp! can you see what I have to deal with? I'm truly appalled at the level of service I have received.
