i applied for a loan with Nedbank and my application was approved i went to sign the contract yesterday 27 November 2013 and all of a sudden this morning they send me an sms sating that my application was declined i really do need the money, now they tell me that my application was declined due to affordability can you please assist in this matter cause i am really in need of this money.
i dont understand how my application can be approved i signed the contract and then the next day they decline my application but i have a contract signed and everything was approved
and as far as i know a contract is a binding legal document
