I need to send in my phone to be repaired as it is still under warranty, however, due to the scaling down and eventual closure of virgin mobile I am unable to go to my nearest branch to hand it in, as the "conveniently located" stores have all closed down, making it not only virtually impossible to receive any face to face service, but impossible to get a product repaired.
My only option is to travel 53km to one of the last 2 stores available in KZN.
