I applied to study at UNISA in September last year. They were quick to send me a reference number to pay the application fee. I have forwarded them proof of payment on several occasions since September last year and also enquired about the progress of my application on numerous occasions. It has been more than 4 months since I've submitted my application and till date UNISA still hasn't responded to any of my enquiries regarding the status of my application. They send me sms's confirming when registrations will close, but I still don't know if I have been accepted for either of the two degrees I've applied for. I have received no correspondence from indicating whether my application was successful or not. If this is any indication of what to expect from them, it's probably better to go elsewhere.
