More than 3 Months to cancel a contract

I went to 8Ta in Desemeber last Year the branch in clearwater advise me that they can't cancel the contract I need to phone a month before the contract expired.

I phoned in januarie this year and fax them a letter to cancel one of my 8ta contracts.

in march I phone and they advise me they didn't received my fax and the said I must log a case with them it was done on the 8 of march 2013.

Every time I need to phone and ask them what the progress is on my request to cancel the cell contract and nobody can give me an answer on what is happening and why is it not cancelled even one of the supervisors advise that this is long overdew already.

Then they still phone me to as me if I want to upgrade the contract and the more I tell them I want it cancelled the more the phone me to upgrade it.

8Ta servise is really bad and I lost my temper alote of times when I spoke to them.
