My phone was send in for repairs on 5 February 2013 and only on the 12th February 2013 they informed me that they received the phone at the repair center. 7 days after is was handed in at the branch. after various inquiries from my side i only got respond from the call center by email from an Elainie Brand that informed met on the 7th March that my phone will be replaced with a new phone. On 12 March 2013 i went to Wonderboom Junction branch to received my new phone. And the new phone is not new it is a refurbished phone and I am not happy with this service because my phone is not even 1 year old. and should be replaced by a new phone as indicated in the email. I feel that Nashua Mobile is not bringing there side and it is not acceptable for me to receive somebody else problems as yours and I have insurance also on my phone. Please this is not acceptable and give me feedback it was already 5 weeks and I requested feedback from a manger on 13 March 2013 and they did not respond. I feel they are busy with breaching the contract I am already a client for nearly 7 years and this is not acceptable.
