I did an Updagrade on the 15th of May 2013 and took a Sony Experia. The phone switched off after 2 week and I took it in for repairs, it came back with a software upgrade report and died again 2 days after.
I took it back again and it has been with them for almost 2 weeks now. I am sitting without a cell phone, no explanation as to what is happening. I do not feel that the brand is reliable if it keeps jamming within a month of purchase.
I need a better cellphone brand or cancel the contract all together than to sit with a cellphone that will spend more time at the repairs than with me.
