Downgrade package

Being expectant parents we need to cut costs. My cell phone is usually between R300 and R400 which was an unnecessary expense. Fearing the worst I thought this was going to be an cumbersome process and extra costs involved.
Miska was professional and quickly helped me to downgrade without any problem and best of all there was no hidden costs involved. It was really a great experience.
