My son cancelled both phones on his contract.1 was cancelled, the other not (expired June/July 2011) ref no available. Noticed MTN was deducting R100 per month until end Nov 2012, promised refund but to date nothing forthcoming! Sharon @ MTN Cavendish sent several emails to "Billing" who ignore everything. This is just 1 cases - imagine how much money they make off all of us on just interest!! Does anyone out there know how to rattle these money grabbing company's cages?
