More than a year ago they put in a new motherboard in my Nokia N8. After a month or 2 the phone was blacklisted and i returned it to the Care Centre at Century City. (Ps. Only phones get blacklisted). After numerous attemts, my phone was again given back to me and i was told to try direct with nokia as they could not get the phone working. In August 2013 i went online and complained to Nokia. The response was good and within a few weeks i was instructed to take it back to Century City and they would put in a new motherboard. This was done and a few weeks later i got my phone back, in working condition. I only started using the phone again 2 weeks later. To my surprise there were over 400 photo's on the phone of people i dont know. I suspect it was AGAIN a used motherboard and contacted Nokia again. No response this time. I tried again and again to no avail. Now the phone has stopped working altogether and ALAS, Nokia has moved from Century City. So now I'm sitting with an EXPENSIVE broken phone. I am fed up and want a new phone. I will resend this report EVERY 5 days TILL i get a phone that works. Check your ref.1-14553125241 and see how far back this complaint goes.
