Refund due not paid

I cancelled my contract with MTN end 2012, they kept billing me. When I phoned they said but one line is still open, and I said I specified both numbers to be cancelled. They now cancelled both lines and there is a refund due to me. Last week (10 July) I was promised to have the money by 12, latest 15 July. When I phoned on Monday asking about this, there was more excuses of something that wasn't done for them to be able to pay the refund, which was done with me on the line and told that it will be done. When I phone Tuesday there was new excuses, this time saying that the money was transferred on Monday (15th) afternoon and it takes 24 hrs to 48 hrs up to 3 days to show in the account. Yesterday when I phoned I was told it would be handed over as a matter of urgency. I said that I want the money in my account by end of business yesterday (18 July) or I will go to the NCC, which I now have done, as I am still without the refund! I think this is pathetic service and people need to take note of this, as apparently they don't even care if they are reported to the NCC or on this forum!
