MTN notified me that I am eligible for an upgrade. I checked the MTN Active website and sure enough, it said I'm in month 20 and eligible. I called the call centre to query availability of the phone I want and was promptly told that I am NOT eligible for another month! THANK HEAVENS I DIDN'T ASK IN-STORE. No-one likes to be embarrassed by your inconsistency across the different forums. Get it right.
