I have a contract with Nashua Mobile and was due for an upgrade. I went to Nashua Mobile, and was informed that there was a special valid only for today (24 November 2013), where I could obtain the Samsung Mini S4 on the Vodacom Smart S Plan for a reduced price. I advised them that I would like to obtain it, however I was told that because my number had to be ported, and because my contract ended on the 12 December I was not eligible for this officer.
I am very disappointed, as I have been a loyal customer with Nashua Mobile. I was eligible for an upgrade, and thus should be entitled to the offer. Very disappointing, I will think twice about renewing my contact with Nashua Mobile going forward!!!
