Not getting what I am paying fo

I took out a laptop contract with internet out with vodacom. In may I'm due for an upgrade and I've barely had a chance to even use what I have been paying for. The internet never works and when I do connect it says internet access and signal strength is excellent but when I go onto to internet it says page not displayable. I have called into vodacome customer careline plenty times and everytime they tell me to complete the same steps that never seem to help. The last time I called was this week and the person on the phone said she lodged the fault and someone will call me back within 24hrs. Well that was almost 3 days ago. And I'm still waiting for that call. Its just so anooying how my account is debited for vodacom so quickly but when it comes to delivering the service I'm rightfully paying for then there is no assistance.
