I ordered an ipad mini in white and was told to expect it 2 - 5 days for delivery. After numerous phone calls and driving there, i have still not received the product. I have been told numerous, times that it was packed and that i could pick it up the following day, to no avail. I was in the store complaining this afternoon, and the attitude was unacceptable to say the least. You should really send someone from your headoffice there unanounced. If those people were the image of my shop, i would be seriously concerned. Upon us leaving the shop, they laughed at us, and this i found totally uncalled for. Even after they changed my order from a white product to a black one, which i did not authorise. I seriously considering ending this contract, and move to a service provider that doesn't continously to me, and make me spend so much running after them. I need a definite answer tomorrow.
