I upgraded on 26/01/2013 only to find the phone being faulty. after back n forth visits to the store to fix it i returned the phone on 01/02/2013 withing the 7 day period where cell c booked it in as an out of box failure that will take between 7-21 working days for me to get a new phone. its has been 24 working days i dont have phone. i wasnt even given a copy of my contract even after asking multiple times. being a client for years i am thoroughly disgusted by this service and i want mt contract cancelled.
