Poor customer service

I applied for a cellphone contract on the 1st of feb, ( ipad - 64 gig -white & a iphone5 -16 gig white). i have had no response from the store whatsoever after numerous attempts of dailling the store number there is no answer. before signing the contract i asked the sales lady how long will it take to order the phone and ipad, due to my upcoming trip to europe, she confirmed it will take /- 5 working days, the service from this store is truly discusting, i am leaving on the 4th of march 2013. she called me this morning to ask if i will accept a 32gig i pad in black which will only be availible on friday this week, and a 32gig iphone5 black? this is not what i ordered? it is either someone is not doing thier job or the customer services is out the window. it is very sad that compentcies test are not done to ensure an excellent customer service.
