What we have here... is a failure to communicate!

After 5 months of phoning, emails and visits to the Nashua Mobile stores... I finally got through to KZN management that followed up and gave me feedback on my data modem cession switch from January 2013 - Thanks very much!

Now for my cell phone contract renewal... which was due in October 2012. After many months of waiting for a suitable handset I signed a new deal last Tuesday morning 07/05/2013 and ordered an S4 in Black. Needless to say that the deal I was offered is no different to me walking into Nashua Mobile or Cell C directly for the very first time. I have been with Nashua Mobile since 2006! I have called the Kensington store several times since and been there about 5 times during the last week as I was told the handset would be there on numerous occasions.

I finally got confirmation on 14 May 2013 of the handset's arrival and I went in to collect only to find it is a White phone!!!

Please arrange as a matter of urgency replacement stock in Black as I will be switched to the new contract and network at any time now without the correct handset, which is unacceptable!

Is this the level of service I should expect... whatever happened to your corporate slogan!
