To whom it may concern
I did an upgrade over the phone for the new blackberry Z10 they informed me that I have to use my money before the 1 March as it will expire and I did so. I received my phone by courier the 4 March 2013.
I did not receive the flip shell and HDMI cable that was advertised with the deal. I phoned on the 5 March 2013 to activate my new simcard as I thought that the money that I received now was for the new Smart S deal. I spoke to Keneilwe she did not inform me that I will lose the /- R120 that was left on the old sim card and that I needed to use it up if this was the case I would have told her not to activate it now. I think that it is very unprofessional and would like to hear what the next excuse will be as she also informed me that you do not have stock of the flip shell and HDMI cable and she can not tell me when you will receive stock. My father ordered the same phone and he received his phone today the 7 March 2013 and he had everything included.
What also upsets me is that they did not even leave a letter or a note in the box to inform me that they out of stock so please advise as I would like answers!
