Waiting for new cellphone but nothing happens

On 14th March 2013, I received a called from Millicent at Rewardso and they offered to upgrade my Vodacom contract and courier me my new cellphone but told me to wait as they have no stock at the moment. At the end of March I contacted they again and told me they still dont have stock. Today, 23rd April 2013, I contacted they again as I have been waiting for my phone, Vodacom informs me that the upgrade has been withdrawn as they could not find the address. I phoned Rewardsco again today and was informed the same thing, they didnt bother to complete my address completely and now I sit without a phone. They informed me that the courier will contact me prior to delivering the phone so why did he do that in the first place. When I asked to speak to the manager K Govender, they said he was out. I am highly disgusted at the quality of service you provide and wont recommend you to any of my friends or family.
