I Am extremely off at the service received, i've waited 2 weeks for vodacom to contact me to upgrade my handset to Blackberry z10 on the online special of R399 with free hardshell flip cover; hdmi cable; car charger. After my very much anticipated wait, i received my handset without the hardshell flip cover and hdmi cable. I've contacted vodacom call centre and apparently it has been logged. However, ive spent the whole of my afternoon on the phone with vodacom trying to get my sim card activated in the Z10. I've been to 3 different vodacom outlets and no 1 is able to assist me. This is really pathetic sending me back and forth all the time. I urgently require my Hardshell flip cover, hdmi cable and to get my micro sim card activated! I would also appreciate being reimbursed for running back and forth and all my frustration vodacom has given me holding on a line and getting no assistance!
