Blackberry Z10 delivered without accessories

I got my BB Z10 on 11th March on upgrade (ordered via website previous week). I ordered on the website because I saved the R150 upgrade fee plus the website advertised free hdmi cable, free flip shell & free car charger. When I phoned to activate my sim, I asked where the accessories were & was told they are "out of stock" and the sales person should have told me when they called to confirm my order.
The website is still advertising the deal including the accessories (as of today 9th March) - no notice to say the accessories are out of stock.
Also, I sent 2 emails asking about this - no reply as of today.
I need Vodacom to either send me the accessories as promised, or give me the amount in cash so that I can buy the accessories myself - the flip shell is particularly important to protect my brand new phone.
The advertising standards authority & the consumer protection office will be hearing about this as well.
